IT-Service Delivery Manager


Global Enterprise Mobility AG (GEMA) provides enterprise mobility managed services for multinational organizations. Made up of a group of the world’s leading enterprise mobility service organizations, GEMA offers global services through in-country experts with local language and time zone services for the deployment, support, and management of the global mobile workforce. GEMA is the only provider of Global Managed Mobility Services and is formed from regional Managed Mobility Services providers, all experts in their own markets. Together, GEMA has delivery capabilities in 120 countries and 30 languages.

Your responsibilities –

  • To monitor, control and support service delivery, also to ensure that the systems and methodologies procedures are in place and being followed
  • To develop plans ensuring that the organization has appropriately skilled resources to meet organizational objectives and commitments
  • To manage the effective implementation of resource planning
  • To manage departmental (and therefore business) IT risks and identify, mitigate and recommend solutions to the CEO
  • To coordinate business development activities, such as identification and communication with the clients
  • To ensure the existing and the future of IT Services and Support are aligned to the expectations of the business’ roadmap and the client’s strategy overall

Your profile –

  • Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience is required for this position
  • A strong understanding of Information Technology including trends, products, and solutions
  • Experienced in maintaining high-performing service support functions, including IT-Service-Desk, Desktop Support, and 2nd-line-technicians
  • Have a strong knowledge and experience in using MS Office including Word, Power Point, Outlook and Excel
  • Have a knowledge of business development, especially spotting and developing business opportunities with the customers
  • Customer-oriented with a passion and drive for customer’s satisfaction and delivering business values
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong service orientation
  • Willingness to travel when required
  • Multitasking as well as ability to think outside of the box
  • German skills on a native speaker level and fluency in English
