Let’s take a look at imei’s newest Service Center!
On September 2018, imei, one of GEMA’s licensee based in Australia, proudly opened their new Service Center, a place where all of their logistics, staging, and repairs are facilitated. Currently, imei ships around 50-100 consignments per day but it’s easily scaled beyond those numbers and that is why they designed and customized the Service Center in order to support their operation.
The size is over 300 sqm of floor space, which split across two levels. Day-to-day operations are being managed on the ground floor while the second floor is being used as a storage space and additional office space. The Service Centre has been designed to meet Apple Service Centre requirements which is something imei will be looking to establish in the near future to further improve their repair & redeployment service.
